Now that you have gotten the items use the Herblore Level List under stats. These tell you what needs to be used to make the
correct potion. For example to make an attack potion you would need: Guam & eye of newt and mix it with a vail of water.

Weapon Poison Potion - Kuarm And Blue Dragon Scale
Required: Level 60 Herblore.
Extreme Attack Potion - Enchanted Vial & Irit
Required: Level 75 Herblore (I Think)
Extreme Strength Potion - Enchanted Vial & Clean Kwuarm
Required: Level 82 Herblore.
Extreme Defence Potion - Enchanted Vial & Clean Candanite
Required: Level 86 Herblore.
Energy Potions - Enchanted Vial & Clean Avantoe
Required: Level 92 Herblore.
Overload Potions - Rannar & Enchanted Vial
