Can anyone else get on the server right now?

It says its online and has said that for half an hour but i cant get past connecting to update on my client, so can anyone else get on it or is it just me?

the vps is only 6$ lol but you need a credit card. btw this was just a server error it said it was online for vesta and runelocus but no1 could get on.
